DESCRIPTION:This group is for children ages 9-11 who are looking to improve their social interactions with their peers and learn how to regulate their emotions.\n\nEPIC stands for Emotional Processing to Improve Connection. It is a six-session series beginning on February 21 and ending on March 28. Each session is one-hour in length\, from 6-7 PM.\n\nThis group is appropriate for children who have difficulty with peer social interactions\, emotional recognition and management\, and executive functioning.\nIn the course of six weeks\, children will learn emotional recognition and management\, appropriate social skills\, and problem-solving.\n\nThe cost is $50 per session ($300 in total\, due a week before the group begins). \n\n\nThe registration deadline is February 7.
