Biography

Realite Peebles is nearing the completion of her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Liberty University. She holds both a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. Realite was a Seita Scholar during her undergraduate studies, a fully funded scholarship awarded to former foster care youth who demonstrate academic excellence.

Throughout her decade of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Realite has provided consulting services to schools across West and Central Michigan, including Mecosta County, Isabella County, and the Van Buren ISD. Her expertise extends to clinical practice management, comprehensive training, and the effective supervision of practicum students and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs). Realite is also an active contributor to her community, serving on the Behavior Treatment Committee for the Barry County Community Mental Health Authority. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending time with her family and is passionate about volunteering in children’s and homeless ministries.
